Our Desktop Support Plan is designed to alleviate the time consuming and costly task of I.T. related problems. As standard, we supply and install the latest remote control and Desktop management software which allows us to work securely and remotely on your computers (Subject to the PC being able to connect to the internet). Not only does this speed up the response times but it allows us to see exactly what problems your users are facing and then resolve them.

Our Simple but Scalable pricing structure gives you the flexibility and control over your budget, With a rolling month contract after the initial 6 month period, there are no long term ‘tie ins’.

· Telephone Helpdesk Support (Mon to Fri 9.00am to 5.30 pm—National Rate)

· Installation of Remote Management Software

· System Monitoring

· Resource Monitoring

· Mini Health check and hardware assessment

· System Audit

· Microsoft Windows 98,

· Microsoft windows 2000 and XP

· Microsoft Windows Vista

· Microsoft Office Suites 2000, XP, 2003 and 2007

· Sage Line 50 (Limited support)

· Sage Payroll (Limited support)

· Internet Explorer and Firefox

· Email Clients—Outlook Express and Outlook

Pre Requisites It is a requirement that all machines have adequate Antivirus software. If any of your machines do not have AV protection installed, we are able to supply and configure this for you as an additional service.
